Good tour, minor communication issue

I booked a Tokyo Private Walking Tour and it was mostly great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us some cool spots we wouldn't have found otherwise. The customized itinerary was a big plus. The only small thing was that it took a day longer than expected to confirm the guide availability after booking, which made me a little anxious. Overall, good value for the experience, and I'd use them again, just wish the initial confirmation was faster.
